- Launched user financial accounts via Stripe Treasury and owned end-to-end micropayment flows (daily per-mile payments).

Co-founded a VC-backed mobility startup; scaled from a high-school project into a 25+ person team and $2.5M+ ARR.
Product & platform
- Owned the product experience across two core lines: a driver-led, pooled intercity service, and a one-way self-driving offering.
- Pooled service: partnered with data science team to improve pickup/dropoff ETA accuracy under uncertainty (demand timing, stop sequencing, multi-pickup/dropoff routing), translating model outputs into real-world delivery.
- One-way rentals: built fleet load balancing across cities using dynamic pricing and performance marketing levers to position vehicles ahead of demand and reduce imbalance risk.
- Scoped an internal Django CRUD tool for vehicle management to improve fleet visibility, operational speed, and consistency.
GTM, strategy, and operations
- Managed relationships with a variety of strategic partners (Tesla, Goodyear, Farmers Insurance, Avis, MGM, etc.)
- Responsible for the creation and analysis of financial models and statements.
- Led the economic analysis of a crowdsourced vehicle acquisition program. Managed communication with 500+ prospective investors.
- Participated in the fundraising of over $5m from prominent angels and VCs. Tasks included negotiating deal terms, and investor relations.

Led initial economic modeling efforts for stealth EV rental marketplace startup. Focused on identifying unit and fleet economics, assessing levers for optimal investment structures, creating investor-friendly financial forecasts, and ideating on business strategy and opportunities for innovation.

- Currently building a portfolio management tool (Prtfolio.ai), bringing institutional level portfolio insights to retail shareholders. Primarily a learning project to work hands on with agentic development, optimizing AI prompting (RAG), API integrations, data visualization.
